In first place I would like to appreciate Director Danny Boyle to have come with this concept of filming the Real incident which happened in Aron Ralston’s life who is an American mountain climber. 

Storyline: Aron Ralston on his journey to Blue john canyon gets trapped while his arm is now under a huge rock..Therefore he has no other way to escape. The only solution for him was to amputate his lower arm..

Review : 127 hours is not a masterpiece or a great film as critics refer to..Since it is based on a true story the movie was very natural..Realistic scenes..He spends 5 days having very little amount of water and he has a knife like thing which actually saves him in order to escape the trap..They could have avoided showing too much of illusions from Aron Ralston’s point of view..Cinematography was at its best..And special mention to A.r.Rahman music which had our Indian traditional touch..The Sequence in which the guy tries to amputate his arm was very natural and deserves an applause for canning that scene in a very realistic manner..Even after he escapes from the trap he still has some miles left to save himself..Which was filmed perfectly..The Most important factor is he does not have a cell phone with him which takes the entire movie forward..

          James Franco who performed as Aron Ralston has done a pretty decent job. It was a pleasure watching the multiple shots used in the movie and the various split screen shots which was very different. The movie is not gripping as the storyline is..The film mainly exhibits the emotional part of a Guy who is stuck somewhere beneath the canyon..He is not sure if he is going to be alive but his way of handling the situation was shown in the right manner.

Verdict: Without expectations, it’s definitely a must watch movie
